✅ Accessing the Purchases and Sales Report
To access this report, follow the path:
Home → Reports → Purchases and Sales Report
➕ You can also filter the report by date and loaction to display data specific to a certain period or location, making it easier to conduct precise analysis.
✅ What Does the Report Show?
When accessing the Purchases and Sales Report, two main sections are displayed:
✳ Purchases Section, which includes:
Total purchases
Purchases (all taxes included)
Total purchase returns
Amount due for purchases
✳ Sales Section, which includes:
Total sales
Sales (all taxes included)
Total sales returns (including tax)
Amount due from sales
At the bottom of the page, a summary appears showing:
Profit / Loss = (Total Sales - Sales Returns) - (Total Purchases - Purchase Returns)
With a clear indication of whether there is:

This report shows every purchase made from suppliers, including information such as the supplier name, amount, payment date, payment method, and the purchase invoice. Each invoice can also be reviewed and printed individually.
