⬜ Overview of the Main Dashboard in AurPOS

The main dashboard in AurPOS is the first interface that appears to the user after logging in. It provides a quick and comprehensive overview of key business data, making it easier to monitor daily operations and make immediate decisions without navigating through the entire system.


✅ 1. Top Toolbar

The top toolbar contains a set of buttons designed to offer quick access to essential tools, arranged in the following order:

  • Toggle Sidebar Button: Controls the visibility of the sidebar to maximize workspace.

  • Active Plan Button: Displays details of the active subscription plan.

  • Login Info Button: Shows the IP address used during login, with the option to add related notes.

  • Dropdown Menu Button: Includes three tools:

    • Calendar view

    • Task creation

    • Application tour (interactive system walkthrough)

  • Calculator Button: Opens an in-system calculator tool.

  • POS Button: Provides direct access to the Point of Sale screen.

  • Repair Button: Opens a work order form for maintenance or service requests.

  • Today's Profit Button: Displays a quick report of current day's profit.

  • Current Date: Shown beside notifications for easy reference.

  • Notifications Button: Shows alerts related to the account or operations.

  • Profile/Logout Button: Allows access to personal information or to log out.


✅ 2. Filter Tools

Below the top toolbar, the dashboard allows filtering displayed data by:

  • Location

  • Date range


✅ 3. Performance Indicators and Financial Summaries

The dashboard displays a set of summary cards, including:

  • Total Sales

  • Total Purchases

  • Sales Returns

  • Purchase Returns

  • Unpaid Invoices

  • Unpaid Purchases

  • Net Total

  • Expenses


✅ 4. Graphical Reports

  • Sales Over the Last 30 Days: A line graph showing daily performance across different branches.

  • Sales Current Financial Year: Used to analyze annual performance trends and seasonal patterns.


✅ 5. Monitoring and Alerts

AurPOS provides several sections to help monitor operational data, including:

  • Sales Payment Due

  • Purchase Payment Due

  • Product Stock Alerts (Low or Out of Stock)

  • Stock Expiry Alerts

  • Sales Orders

  • Purchase Orders

  • Purchase Requests

  • Pending Shipments

All sections allow filtering by branch and support direct editing from the main dashboard without the need to navigate into individual modules—making daily tracking more efficient.
